NEW YORK STATE OFFICE

From the South:
NYS Thruway (87) to Albany (exit 24)
After the toll booth follow signs for Exit 1-S, Western Avenue (the far right hand exit)
Follow sign to Western Avenue
At light stay in right lane of the two left turn lanes and turn left.
Take the first right onto Schoolhouse Road.
Travel about 1 mile - pass Woodlake Apartments -
and as the road takes a 90-degree left turn, Go straight onto Trillium Lane.
Come into the parking lot where the buildings are.
Our building is the large one on the right.

From the North:
Northway (87) South to the end, following signs for Western Avenue (Route 20)
At light stay in right lane of the two left turn lanes and turn left.
Take the first right onto Schoolhouse Road.
Travel about 1 mile - pass Woodlake Apartments -
and as the road takes a 90-degree left turn, Go straight onto Trillium Lane.
Come into the parking lot where the buildings are.
Our building is the large one on the right.

From the East or West:
Take I-90 to Exit 1-S - Western Avenue exit (stay in middle lane of I-90 to make sure you’re not forced off into the 1-N exit instead).
Follow sign to Western Avenue
At light stay in right lane of the two left turn lanes and turn left.
Take the first right onto Schoolhouse Road.
Travel about 1 mile - pass Woodlake Apartments -
and as the road takes a 90-degree left turn, Go straight into Trillium Lane.
Come into the parking lot where the buildings are.
Our building is the large one on the right.

CONSTITUTION MARSH SANCTUARY

From North:
Take the Taconic Parkway south to Route 301 West. Continue on 301 west to the end at Cold Spring. Take a left onto Route 9D south. Approximately 2 miles down the road, take a right onto Indian Brook Road. Go down Indian Brook Road about ½ mile and look for the National Audubon parking area on the right hand side. Park and walk to your right. Walk through the gates and down the hill to the nature center.

From South:
Take the Taconic Parkway north, exit onto Route 301 going west to Cold Spring. At the Cold Spring traffic light, go left onto Route 9D and follow directions above from
Route 9D.

THEODORE ROOSEVELT SANCTUARY

From North:
Take 87 to 287 go over Throgg Neck Bridge until you get to Clearview Express and once you are on clearview you will take the Long Island Expressway to Exit 41 north. Take Route 106 north to junction of 25A. Right (east) onto 25A. Left on Cove Road. Park in the gravel lot adjacent to the Sanctuary.

From South:
Take the Long Island Expressway to Exit 41 north. Take Route 106 north to junction of 25A. Right (east) onto 25A. Left on Cove Road. Park in the gravel lot adjacent to the Sanctuary.

BUTTERCUP SANCTUARY

From Taconic Parkway, exit at Route 199. Proceed east for approximately 5 miles to Pine Plains. Go South on Route 82 approximately 5 miles. Just beyond Attlebury Hill Road is parking lot on the left for “Buttercup East”. To access “Buttercup West”, continue south on Route 82 approximately 1 mile to Stissing Lane. Go right. At end of road go right again. Sanctuary entrance is 1/8 mile on the right.

RHEINSTROM HILL SANCTUARY

From the Taconic Parkway exit at Route 23. Proceed east approximately 4½ miles to Craryville. Go right on County Route 7. Proceed approximately 1½ miles to Cambridge Road. Go left. Continue on Cambridge Road to Sanctuary entrance. Proceed up hill to marked parking area on the right.

RAMS HORN-LIVINGSTON SANCTUARY

Take the New York State Thruway (87south) to Exit 21 and pay the toll. Make a left onto 23B and stay straight until you reach Route 9W. Make a right on Rt.9W south. From Rt.9W, turn left (east) onto Grandview Ave., around the circle, down the hill to the Sanctuary.
