“Pete Grannis has been a steadfast champion for conservation and the environment for decades,” said David J. “Assemblyman Grannis has always been a thoughtful Legislator, and one that takes into account all the factors impacting our environment.” Miller concluded. “He balances the needs of citizens from the Great Lakes to Long Island Sound, from the Adirondacks to New York City, and he will lead the department in a deliberative way that will surely take into account the needs of all New Yorkers and their Environment.”
