State Senator Tom O’Mara sponsored a “Support Clean Water Infrastructure” rally in Albany Monday and joined supporters in calling for stronger state commitment to improving and rebuilding New York’s water quality infrastructure.  The Chair of the Senate Environmental Protection Committee says the Senate has put together a plan in their budget to do just that.

Senator O'Mara said the rally was held to bring more attention to the issues and find solutions.

Monday's rally was held in The Well of the Legislative Office Building.  Rebuild NY Now is a partnership of local leaders and other supporters from throughout New York seeking to raise public awareness about the issues facing the state’s water, transportation and other vital infrastructure.
