The Finger Lakes region of New York provides extensive forested habitats essential to the survival of at-risk bird species such as American Woodcock, Canada Warbler, Brown Thrasher, and many others.

Individual and family forest owners are encouraged to attend to learn about the habitat needs of forest birds, improving habitat for American Woodcock and other songbirds and game species, and the many benefits of sustainable forest management. Resources are available to help you manage your land for birds and other wildlife.

Expert Presentations From: Audubon New York, Cornell Cooperative Extension, and USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service.
