Winter is a great time to count our local birds. Families will discover how this community science opportunity not only helps scientists, but our local birds. Whether you are novice or seasoned birders, using your birding skills helps us advance our understanding of climate change's impact on birds. All community scientists, by sticking to a scientific protocols and sharing results, help track whether birds are moving in accordance to projections from Audubon's climate models. If there’s snow, plan on snowshoeing.
Fee with snowshoe rental: $5/person, $15/family.
Fee without snowshoe rental: $7/person, $20/family.
