Spring is finally upon us, and no matter where you live in New York, there are sure to be bird walks with a nearby Audubon chapter!
Looking for birding on Long Island? You can find activities with any of the 7 chapters there, including Four Harbors Audubon and South Shore Audubon. Explore the Hudson River and Westchester area with Hudson River Audubon Society, Saw Mill River Audubon, or another neighboring chapter.
If you're further upstate, a Southern Adirondack Audubon or Northern New York Audubon outing can introduce you to the wild hot spots in the Adirondack region. In Central New York, a visit to Derby Hill with Onondaga Audubon or in the southern tier with Chemung Valley Audubon might fit the bill. Those looking for a Western New York adventure may find it with Buffalo Audubon staff from Beaver Meadow Audubon Center or our friends at the Audubon Community Center in Jamestown.
There is sure to be something fun for everyone. Find your local Audubon chapter here, and contact your nearby chapter directly to learn more!
