Winter-Sow #4 – Up-potting winter-sown seedlings into their new Spring pots.

This is the final workshop of the winter seed-sowing series. In this workshop, we will be working with the seedlings of the native plant seeds that were collected from our gardens in September through November, cleaned in November through January and winter-sown in milk jugs in January and February.  The seeds will have sprouted and now need to be separated before they get too big.  We will learn how to carefully separate them without damaging their new root systems, and up-pot them into plug trays or small pots, before they are planted into their final homes at the center gardens and meadow, or attendees’ yards. 

- For ages 12 and above. Those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
