Adirondacks-based workshops for landowners and managers.
Upper Delaware Watershed program for foresters and forest owners.
Demonstration forests that are maintained by Audubon staff, partners, and volunteers, serve as living classrooms and are often where programs and workshops are held. These model forests are healthy, resilient, and managed through practices that benefit birds.
The forest habitat sites at the Rheinstrom Hill Audubon Center and Sanctuary provide quality bird habitat, model sustainable forest management, and address regeneration challenges.
Audubon’s demo forest sites are living laboratories for people to visit, attend workshops, and learn about best practices to create healthy forest habitats.
Help secure the future for birds at risk from climate change, habitat loss and other threats. Your support will power our science, education, advocacy and on-the-ground conservation efforts.
